COVID: As the Mandatory Rules have now been lifted in relation to compulsory
Vaccinations, and Our Association has agreed to accept non-vaccinated persons into our
venue, we must stress that we have in place a strict hygiene policy that requires the use of
hand sanitation after contact with others & the use of a Stylus when scoring on the iPad,
these rules must be adhered too and by signing this form you agree to do so. As the
guidelines are in line with the Queensland Government recommendations, we reserve the
right to change these as when instructed by them.
